Programs
The Soledad-Mission Recreation District has a proud history of introducing and piloting programs that bring positive, healthy, and family-friendly recreation opportunities to the community of Soledad. Our focus has always been to provide safe facilities and enriching activities that strengthen community connections and promote well-being.
While limited operational funding has made it difficult to sustain every program we’ve launched, we are proud that many have continued to thrive in the community through other providers with greater resources. When another organization is better positioned to carry a program forward, we see that as a success for our community, and we seek to support and collaborate wherever possible.
Some of our past programs were scaled back due to participation levels, while others were successful but could not continue without additional funding. Through it all, our guiding intention remains the same: to serve the community of Soledad with fairness, creativity, and care.
If you are interested in seeing one of our past programs return, please reach out through the contact form on this page — your feedback helps us explore future offerings.
