Water Aerobics Schedule
Monday through Friday - 7:10am - 8:10am
Held in the shallow end of the swimming pool. This class offers full-body workouts including cardio, stretches and flexibility.
Beginning June 13
Tuesday, Thursday - 6:30-7:30 PM
Held in the Deep-end of the swimming pool. This class offers full-body workouts including cardio, endurance, strength building, in a no impact environment.
If you are nervous in the deep end of the pool, patrons are invited to wear floatation belts or utilize noodles to help gain confidence. This class is not recommended for non-swimmers. NON SWIMMERS please don't let your swimming ability get in the way of your health, join our Adult Swim Lessons or come in and talk to our staff about how to start water exercise without swim skills.
Water aerobics is a great exercise without any strain or injury to your joints. Everyone can do it; from pregnant mothers to experienced athletes. We offer shallow water low impact aerobics every morning during the week, and deep water aerobics are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings. Water exercise is a great option for anyone interested in the following:

Senior Exercise Options
Limitations: no open wounds or sores. Must wear clothing made for swimming (While we encourage everyone to be comfortable in their body and have all different body shapes and sizes participating, for the body conscious or modest there are many modest swim wear options including Rash Guards for both men and women, swim dresses, long length shorts, swim pants, use google search terms to find something in your size and budget.)
