Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is a great exercise without any strain or injury to your joints. Everyone can do it; from pregnant mothers to experienced athletes. We offer shallow water low impact aerobics every morning during the week, and shallow water aerobics in the evening. Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings. 

This is an instructor-led water exercise class that requires advance registration. Monthly passes are available based on the calendar month and offer significant savings. Please note: there are no pro-rated fees, pauses, exchanges, or refunds for monthly passes.

$10 Non-Resident Fee, WAIVED FOR THE 2026 YEAR!

$70 Monthly pass w/ senior discount (ages 65+)
$25 Monthly pass add on option to remain in water from 8:00am until 8:30am
$100 Summer pass only. Covers class from June 16 until July 10. Includes add on.
$90 Summer pass w/ senior discount 

Participation requirements

All posted pool rules apply, including:

  • Participants must be 16 years of age or older or be pre-approved by our Aquatics Supervisor.
  • Participants in Water Areobics with Ida- must complete teamsideline registration and liability waivers.

​Limitations

No open wounds or sores. Must wear clothing made for swimming (While we encourage everyone to be comfortable in their body and have all different body shapes and sizes participating, for the body conscious or modest there are many modest swim wear options including Rash Guards for both men and women, swim dresses, long length shorts, swim pants, use google search terms to find something in your size and budget.)
