Water aerobics is a great exercise without any strain or injury to your joints. Everyone can do it; from pregnant mothers to experienced athletes. We offer shallow water low impact aerobics every morning during the week, and deep water aerobics are Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Our instructors are excited to welcome you into one of our classes below:

  • Stretch and Flexibility class

  • Full body workouts

  • Deep end water aerobics - no impact

  • Water zumba 

  • Water dance

  • Maternity stretch and cardio
