Water Aerobics

 Our goal

Water aerobics is a great exercise without any strain or injury to your joints. Everyone can do it; from pregnant mothers to experienced athletes. We offer shallow water low impact aerobics every morning during the week, and deep water aerobics are Tuesday and Thursday evenings
