Water Aerobics Schedule
Morning class (1)
Monday through Friday - 8:00am - 9:00am
Held in the shallow end of the swimming pool. This class offers full-body workouts including cardio, stretches and flexibility. This class will be changing to 7:00am - 8:00am beginning May 30th.
Morning class (2)
Tuesday and Thursday - 9:00am - 10:00am
Held in shallow end of swimming pool. This class offers low impact stretching for maternity and people with limited mobility. This class will option will end June 10th.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Held in the DEEP END of the swimming pool. This class offers full body workouts including cardio, stretches and flexibility. This class will be changing to 7:00pm - 8:00pm beginning May 30th.
Water aerobics is a great exercise without any strain or injury to your joints. Everyone can do it; from pregnant mothers to experienced athletes. We offer shallow water low impact aerobics every morning during the week, and deep water aerobics are Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
